Viewing Images in Game Photo Galleries
Our photo galleries are viewable by anyone. Here are the steps to view images in our Game Photo Galleries:

  1. Click one of the indented links for different teams which are positioned immediately below the Game Photo Galleries link (this page).
  2. A new page will load which shows thumbnails of images which have been uploaded to that team's photo gallery. If you do not see any  thumbnails but instead see the message This album is empty, then no images have been uploaded to that photo gallery yet.
  3. If the album is not empty, click on any thumbnail and a larger version of that image will load. There are also navigational links (Previous, Next, First, Last) above and below the thumbnails and full size images.
  4. You may also click on the View Slideshow link which appears at the upper left of the main body of the page to view all images in the gallery as a sequence. If you are choose to view a Slideshow, there are controls at the lower portion of the viewer which allow different options to be set (reverse, forward, pause, starting image, image size, timing of image changes, etc.).

Uploading Images to Game Photo Galleries
You must be a registered user of this website in order to upload images to any of our Game Photo Galleries. Here are the steps to upload images to our Game Photo Galleries:

  1. Go to the Login Form at the lower left on all pages of our website and log in with the username (or email address) and password you provided when you originally registered.
  2. Click on the Game Photo Galleries link (this page), and then click on the indented link below that link for the Photo Gallery you wish to upload images to.
  3. Click on the Add Items link which appears at the upper left of the main body of the team's Photo Gallery page. Note: If you do not see an Add Items link, confirm that you logged in at the home page of this website.
  4. Follow the instructions on the new web page to upload your images. Note: The default viewing size for images in our galleries is 480 pixels wide. If possible, please resize your images to be no wider than 480 pixels before you upload them in order to conserve space on our web server.

Uploading Candidate Images for Home Page Rotation
A series of selected varsity game photos will be chosen for display on the home page on a rotating basis. Here are the steps to upload images that you would like to be considered for display in this space:

  1. Choose images which will look best in a landscape orientation (longer left to right than top to bottom) to accomodate the layout of the home page.
  2. The size of images which will be displayed on the Home page is 480 pixels wide by 280 pixels high. If possible, please crop and resize your images to this size before uploading them.
  3. Go to the Login Form at the lower left on all pages of our website and log in with the username (or email address) and password you provided when you originally registered.
  4. Click the Game Photo Galleries link (this page).
  5. Click on this link: Home Page Candidates.
  6. Click on the Add Items link which appears at the upper left of the main body of the page.
  7. Follow the instructions on the new web page to upload your images.
  8. After your images have been uploaded, they will be reviewed and a decision will be made regarding including them for display on the home page. Your images may be cropped or resized by our administrators. This process may take a few days.

Uploading Candidate Images for Header Background Image
Selected game photo(s) will be incorporated into the header section which is displayed at the top of all web pages. Here are the steps to upload images that you would like to be considered for display in this space:

  1. Choose images which will look best in height and width of the current header image.
  2. The size of the background header image is 960 pixels wide by 120 pixels high. If possible, crop and resize your images before uploading them.
  3. Go to the Login Form at the lower left on all pages of our website and log in with the username (or email address) and password you provided when you originally registered.
  4. Click the Game Photo Galleries link (which brings you to this web page).
  5. Click on this link: Header Backgound Candidates.
  6. Click on the Add Items link which appears at the upper left of the main body of the page.
  7. Follow the instructions on the new web page to upload your images.
  8. After your images have been uploaded, they will be reviewed and a decision will be made regarding including them for display on the home page. Your images may be cropped, resized, or adjusted by our administrators. This process may take a few days.
