Indoor Practice Facility

The Ponderosa Diamond Club and FloJen Enterprises (owners of 18425 Pony Express Dr.) are please to announce the re-opening of the 7,800 square foot indoor practice facility on November 30, 2009. We are excited to offer the use of this facility from November 30, 2009 through at least April 30, 2010 to youth teams providing a low cost, multifunctional, conveniently located alternative to other indoor practice facilities. Preseason practices are pivotal to the development of your team and will directly correlate to success in your upcoming season.

Facility Amenities

Our facility is located in Parker at 18425 Pony Express Drive (west of the Post Office, in a new building at the NE corner of S. Twenty Mile Rd. and Pony Express Drive), and is equipped with the following amenities:

• Warm Up Area
• Two (2) 70' x 14' x 12' tunnels which can be divided into four (4) 35' tunnels
• Two (2) 35' x 14 x 12' tunnels
• Two (2) 60' 6" dirt mounds
• Two (2) portable pitching mounds
• Soft toss area
• Hitting T area

This space is designed to keep an entire team busy with several flexible practice stations. The facility is designed to allow for productive/busy practices. Movable netting allows for flexible practice space. The pitching stations can be configured to utilize the permanent dirt mounds or portable pitching mounds. The space is equipped with L screens, hitting T's, and catch nets. Baseballs are not included this year but will be available for rent by the bucket.

Rentals

The space is rented by the hour, 7 days a week until 10pm. The facility is rented for full use by a single team not to exceed 15 players; partial use by two teams (one tunnel, one pitching mound and community area use); and open field use for the individual players.

The cost includes the use of hitting T's, catch nets, L screens. Rate discounts are offered when a qualifying number of hours are both reserved and paid for at the same time. Here is a pricing breakdown:

Full Use Rates

• 1-10 hours = $100/hour
• 11-20 hours = $95/hour
• 21+ hours = $90/hour

Process for Making Reservations

1. Check schedule availability on the most recently updated calendar (PDF format). Note: The calendar posted on this website will be updated frequently but it may not reflect all of the most recent schedule changes.

3. Once reservations have been scheduled, complete the Team Registration Form below. Note: Each team only needs to complete this form once (at the time the first reservation is made).
4. Pay for reservations by dropping off a check at 18425 Pony Express Dr. Suite #105. Reservations will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
5. A signed waiver from all teams/players will be required before a team's first practice at our indoor facility. See waiver form. In addition, all teams must provide certificate of liability from the parent organization.
