Winter Indoor Practice Fees

 
To pay for your player's winter indoor practice fees online, choose the correct form below depending on whether you are making a half payment or full payment. Then fill in your player's name(s) in that form's text box and click on the Pay Now button. If you are making a half payment remember to return to this page to make your second payment which is due on 2/1.
 
After clicking on the Pay Now button on this web page, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal web page to finalize your payment. On the PayPal web page, choose your method of payment by either logging in to your PayPal account to pay that way, or click on the Continue link at the lower left of the PayPal web page if you prefer to pay with a credit card or bank account (where available). You may also change the "Quantity" of your order if you wish to pay for more than one player with the same transaction.
 
3% SERVICE CHARGE IS INCLUDED IN ONLINE PAYMENT AMOUNTS: A 3% fee has been included in the online payment amounts to offset the service fee which PayPal deducts from every online transaction.
 
PAY BY CHECK TO AVOID PAYING 3% SERVICE CHARGE: Checks for the base fee amounts ($125.00 for half payment or $250.00 for full payment) may be given or mailed to Diamond Club Treasurer Caroline Loutzenhiser (22037 Pebble Brook Ln. Parker 80138) or left in the drop box on her front porch. Please do not give checks to coaches so that they will not be distracted from their coaching duties. Checks should be made payable to Ponderosa Baseball. All payment due dates and deadlines are still in effect for those who choose to pay by check. A $20 service fee plus any bank fees incurred will be added for any returned checks.
 
WINTER SPORTS ATHLETES USE CUSTOM PAYMENT AMOUNT OPTION: Winter sport athletes who may miss some portion of indoor practices should check with Coach Nicholson for a prorated cost. The pro rated cost may be paid online through the Custom Payment Amount web page (be sure to add the 3% service fee) or checks may be mailed or delivered to Caroline Loutzenhiser (see Caroline's address above along with additional check payment instructions).
