Website Registration & Group Messaging Subscription Instructions

Step 1: Register on this website

  1. Find the Login Form which is at the lower left of all pages on this website. Click on the Register link which is at the bottom of the Login Form.
  2. Fill out the information on the Registration form and then click the Register button.
  3. A system-generated email will be sent from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to the email address you provided when you filled out the registration form. You must open that email and click on the link to verify your email address was correctly entered on the registration form. IMPORTANT: If you use spam filters with email, be sure to allow incoming emails from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it so that you will receive this system generated email. Your registration will not be processed if you do not open this email and click on the link!
  4. After you have confirmed your email address by clicking on the link in the system-generated email, your registration will be reviewed and approved by our administrators. A second system-generated email will be sent notifying you that your registration has been approved.

After your registration is completed, each time you return to this website and log in with your username (or email address) and password, you will see a User Menu on the left side of all web pages.

Step 2: Subscribe to Receive Group Email Messages

After your registration has been approved, return to this website and login at the Login Form with your username (or email address) and password. Note: Only registered website users may log in. If you are not a registered user, please refer to the instructions above in Step 1: Register on this website for step by step instructions on how to complete that step.

To subscribe to receive group email messages, click on the My Email Lists link in the User Menu, and then follow the instructions on that web page. The User Menu will only be displayed to registered users who have logged in with their username (or email address) and password.

Step 3: Subscribe to Receive Group Text Messages

To subscribe to receive group text messages, log in at this website with your username and password at the Login Form which is at the lower left of all web pages. Note: Only registered website users may log in. If you are not a registered user, please refer to the instructions above in Step 1: Register on this website for step by step instructions on how to complete that step.

After you are logged in, click on the My Group Text Message Lists link in the User Menu and then follow the instructions on that web page. The User Menu will only be displayed to registered users who have logged in with their username (or email address) and password.
