Friday May 9 Deadline For Banquet
Reservations
Friday May 9 is the deadline for making and paying for reservations
to the 2008 PHS baseball banquet. This deadline will allow our banquet planning volunteers to finalize myriad details and
will also give the caterers the advance notice they require. No one will be allowed to pay at the door!
Go to the banquet details web page to learn more about banquet details and activities, or go to our online store to place and pay for your family’s reservations by May 9. Those
who prefer to not pay online can arrange to get a check to Sherry Traver by Friday May 9.
Summer Program Updates/Summer Schedules Posted- Optional practices for all levels will
be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's after school.
- Summer schedules for Varsity, JV, and Sophomore teams are now posted. Freshman summer
schedule is coming soon. To view a team's summer schedule, click on the summer schedule link at
the top right of that team's home page.
- Both the Varsity and Sophomore
teams will be playing summer games over Memorial Day weekend. Freshmen and JV teams summer season will start May
27th.
- Summer fees will be collected soon.
Mustangs Baseball Posters Now Available
Ponderosa Mustangs Baseball posters featuring this year's
Varsity Baseball Team are now available in the PHS Activity office for anyone to pick up. Please take one for yourself
and more to display in businesses you patronize. If you want more, please send an email to Sherry Traver or call her at 303-841-2208.
Grocery Certificates Fundraiser
Now
you can support Mustangs baseball every time you shop at King Soopers or Safeway! When you purchase gift certificates or gift
cards and designate Ponderosa baseball as the school group to benefit, the grocery stores will contribute $1 to Ponderosa

Colorado Rockies Ticket
Sales Fundraiser
Go see two Rockies
games for the price of one and help raise money for Mustangs baseball! For the $38 price of a single Rockies field level ticket, our fundraiser
participants will receive great field level Rockies tickets to two games (vs. Mets on 5/24 @ 2:05 pm and
vs. Dodgers on 9/13 @ 6:05pm). That's right, we can offer these field level tickets to both of these
Rockies games for the price of a single game field level ticket!

Calling All Photographers!
Send an email with your favorite 2008 game photos attached (if possible please crop or resize all photos to no more than 700 pixels wide).
In your email be sure to identify which PHS team the subject(s) play for.
Selected photos will be displayed in
the space above on a rotating basis. Also, all submitted photos will be displayed on the Game Photos
web pages which are linked to below (as well as from each team's main web page):
