Here is information regarding an option for getting sports physicals for next year. Any Douglas County School District student athlete is welcome to attend.
Cost: $35 (100% of funds raised go to Ponderosa Sports Medicine)

Team Moms Needed for Cardinal & Gold Teams

Summer Players: Update Profile and SMS Info

Now that summer rosters have been announced, all PHS summer players need to take a few minutes to update their player profile for the summer team they are on, and also set up a new Group Text Message entry for their summer team. When players have completed these tasks, their name and thumbnail image will appear on their team's online summer roster web page, and they will be able to receive group text messages for late breaking updates such as weather related schedule changes.

New players must first register on this website and then create a profile in order to appear on their team's online roster web page. Refer to step by step instructions for registering on this website for more information on this task. 

Players who have already registered but have not updated their profile or added their official 2009 individual photo to their profile can complete those tasks by doing the following:

  1. Log in to the website with your username (or email address) and password.
  2. Click on the My Profile link in the User Menu.
  3. Move your mouse to the Edit button which appears above your name, and click on Update Your Profile.
  4. Links to official 2009 player photos along with step by step instructions for how to add your photo to your profile may be found in the User Menu FAQs.

The User Menu FAQs also contains detailed step by step instructions on how to subscribe to receive group text messages and group emails, which all players (and at least one parent) should also do. The User Menu FAQs are also acessible from a link in the User Menu.
